Abstract

During the development of the first Canon Law Code, the partial projects of the five books that would form it were sent to the bishops in order to formulate the observations they deemed appropriate. This article presents the observations made by the archiepiscopate of Tarragona to the projects of books II and III, in response to the consultations of 1912 and 1914 respectively, and offers a first valuation of them.
