Abstract

This study analyses the institutions of usufruct and use in their regulation in the law of the Visigoths and, in particular, with a view to the main legal codes of the Goths. In them, it is possible to observe an evolution from the common point represented by classical Roman Law to the legislative texts of the Goths.

Keywords: Usufruct, use, enjoyment, legacy, donatio inter maritus et uxor.
